tryLucidShrewms accepts return requests within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns sent without a valid Return Authorization number may not be accepted or processed.
For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or used products of any kind, including artisan chocolates, gourmet fruit gummies, herbal softgels, loose leaf teas, gift sets, and any consumable items.
Products with broken, damaged, or missing seals.
Gift cards or digital gift certificates.
Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Gift sets that have been opened or are missing individual components.
Products purchased from third-party retailers. Returns for these products must be handled through the original place of purchase.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow product instructions.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect products, tryLucidShrewms will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Once we receive your returned product or approve your claim for damage or defect, we will inspect the item and process your refund according to the following timeline:
Approval notification: You will receive an email confirming your refund approval within 3–5 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Credit posting: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider’s processing times, typically 3–7 additional business days.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds to a different credit card, bank account, or payment service.
In certain situations, we may issue partial refunds at our discretion, including but not limited to:
Products that are not returned in their original condition, including items with missing parts, customer-caused damage, or opened packaging.
Returns initiated after the 30-day return window.
Orders where free shipping was provided and the returned items bring the order value below the free shipping threshold.
In these cases, actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
For returns due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For returns due to our error, such as the wrong item being sent, we will cover return shipping costs and provide return instructions.
For damaged or defective items, we will cover return shipping costs when a return is required.
For returns from international orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product.
If you received free shipping on your order, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund when applicable.
To return an eligible product, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Wait for a Return Authorization number and return instructions from our team.
Package the product securely in its original packaging.
Write the Return Authorization number clearly on the outside of the shipping package.
Ship the return to the address provided in our return instructions.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns. tryLucidShrewms is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit without tracking or insurance.
tryLucidShrewms does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product than what you originally purchased, please initiate a return for a refund, subject to return eligibility, and place a new order for the desired product.
The only exception is for damaged or defective products, where we may send a replacement of the same product at no cost.
If you have received confirmation that your refund has been processed by tryLucidShrewms but the credit has not appeared in your account, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account again, as refunds may post at different times than deposits.
Contact your credit card provider, as refund processing times vary by institution.
Contact your bank, as some banks take additional business days to post refunds.
